James Killick
The AI Orchestrator
James Killick has spent more than 10 years building digital products. In 2015 he co-founded Devwiz, a Sydney software studio that has shipped over 200 apps for startups, corporates, and government teams. Along the way he built a fintech product, scaled it, and sold it.
When Web3 arrived, James led product strategy for NFT and DeFi projects. That chapter taught him how to build in fast-moving markets, and how to tell the difference between hype and real value. It is the same filter he now applies to AI every day.
James has been implementing AI in businesses for more than 8 years, well before the current wave. Today that work runs through two companies. He founded The AI Orchestrators, which helps $1M+ online educators and consultants turn their IP into AI-powered delivery. And he co-founded Njin, an AI-powered sales operations agency that turns existing leads into pipeline and revenue.
His consulting runs on The Power of One methodology: one focused win at a time, where each result funds the next step. James hosts the Up In The AI podcast and speaks at events like The Business Show in Sydney.
